Do you rent equipment without staff?

To ensure you have the best experience possible, every Starplay event comes with our trained crew. We handle the setup, keep everything safe and running all party long, and take care of the teardown — so you can stay present, soak in the moments, and actually enjoy your own event.

How far do you travel?

We're based in Middletown, NY and serve the Hudson Valley — Orange, Rockland, Ulster, Dutchess, and Westchester counties — plus New York City and Bergen County, NJ. Delivery is free within 15 miles; beyond that a per-mile travel fee applies, and we'll quote trips past 40 miles individually.

Are you insured?

Yes — fully insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue, school, or facility.

How do deposits work?

A 30% deposit paid securely online locks in your date. The balance is due on event day.

Do you really do senior events?

Proudly. Our slime socials and soft activity setups are a hit at senior communities — gentle, hands-on, and genuinely joyful.

What's your cancellation and weather policy?

We keep it flexible, because weather happens. If the forecast turns or your plans change, we'll work with you to find a new date that works — and your deposit simply transfers to the rescheduled date. Just reach out as soon as you know, and we'll take it from there.

Indoor or outdoor — what do you need from my venue?

Not much — we're easy guests. Inflatables need reasonably level ground and a standard power outlet within reach. Slime parties need a few tables to work on — we cover them, so no mess worries. Soft play is the most flexible of all: it fits beautifully in living rooms, halls, gyms, and backyards. Once you request your quote, we confirm all the venue details with you so event day holds zero surprises.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular weekend dates usually book 2–4 weeks out, so sooner is always safer. That said, last-minute is always worth asking — if we can make it work, we will.

Who sets up and takes down?

Our crew — always. We deliver, set up, host, supervise, and pack everything away, and every piece of equipment is sanitized before your event. You never lift a thing; your only job is to enjoy the party.

How does the bundle discount work?

Combine services in one event and the savings stack up: add one service and save 5%, add two and save 12%, or go for The Works and save 25%. One trip for us means a better deal for you — and your quote applies the discount automatically, no codes needed.
